Scope and Content Note

This collection contains manuscripts, speeches, and photo albums relating to the Olga Stern Haus, a retirement home for Jewish seniors in Berlin-Grunewald, as well as various other manuscripts and essays.

Other original materials include a short manuscript booklet of poetry written in Berliner dialect labelled Lumpenball 1905, Levinger's notebook (1904-1927) in which she recorded the names and dates of productions she saw, and various other transcribed manuscripts and speeches. Also in the files are a volume of Henry Lesinsky's correspondence to his son, transcribed and translated into the German, and some transcribed articles on philosophy.
